Welcome to JIEYANG Shop Fitting, a Which based in China. Our expansive facility nearly 40,000 square meters, where cleanliness, organization, and meticulous attention to detail are at the forefront of our operations.
At JIEYANG, our dedication to crafting excellence is evident in our utilization of advanced technology within our state-of-the-art workshop. Our production line is equipped with sophisticated machines including de-coil machines, laser cutters, CNC turret punches, and welding robots, which ensure precision and efficiency throughout every stage of production. Our facilities are also outfitted with multi-headed spot welders, spray painting and powder coating lines, and automatic packing systems, ensuring consistent quality in every product we produce.
For the past 12 years, Jieyang has been the cornerstone of reliability and quality in the global store fitting market. We provide cable car shelving, supermarket shelving and other store fitting solutions to discerning international customers. Our products have contributed to the retail industry in more than 40 countries around the world.

We have advanced manufacturing equipment for metal display racks, carts and cargo hooks, including laser cutting, electric welding, robot welding, bending forming equipment, shearing equipment, etc. In addition to this, we also have CNC machines, punching machines and TIG welding, CO2 welding. The following are our different manufacturing technologies.
Sheet metal cutting. We use different ways to cut sheet metal, including water jet, shearing, sawing and torch cutting.
Sheet metal bending. JY is an expert in sheet metal bending, which can form the material into the desired shape. We use metal bending machines and forming bending machines for this process.
Welding. We have different welding technologies such as MIG welding, TIG welding, CO2 welding and laser welding.
Surface treatment. After all the above processes, the product will be surface treated such as electroplating, polishing and powder spraying to achieve high performance and good appearance.
